Thank you for choosing to be part of the Sri Lanka Dance Festival™ (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding ticket purchases, payment processing, installment plans, discounts, refunds and pass transfers for the Paraíso SBK Festival.
By purchasing a pass or related service through our website

1. Payment Terms
1.1. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made securely via major international and local credit/debit cards and online banking gateways, as available through our booking system. All payments will be processed in USD or LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) and exchange rates or currency conversion charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
1.2. Promo Codes & Discounts
Promo codes must be entered at checkout to be valid. Retroactive application of promo codes to completed transactions is not permitted. Special group rates or community discounts (e.g., for partner organizations) must be arranged in advance and validated at the time of purchase.
1.3. Service Fees
Certain tickets may be subject to additional third-party service charges, payment gateway fees, or VAT/tax obligations, which will be clearly indicated prior to purchase.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
2.1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or pass transfers are permitted only within 14 days from the original date of purchase. After this period, all sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of reason, including personal conflicts, travel restrictions, or visa issues.
2.2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund or pass transfer within the 14-day window:

Include proof of purchase and payment method used.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days to the original method of payment, less any processing or transfer fees incurred.
2.3. Pass Transfers
Passes may be transferred to another individual within the 14-day period only. The original purchaser must notify us with the full name and contact details of the new attendee. Any misuse of this policy may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
2.4. Ineligible Refunds
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window
- Changes in personal schedule, illness, travel delays, or visa denials
- Non-attendance or partial attendance
- Duplicate purchases not flagged to us within 24 hours
3. Event Cancellation or Changes
3.1. In the unlikely event that Sri Lanka Dance Festival™ is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund equal to the ticket value paid, minus any transaction or gateway fees. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days of the cancellation announcement.
3.2. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to make changes to the festival lineup, schedules, venue layout, or artist appearances without prior notice. Such changes will not constitute grounds for refunds unless the entire event is cancelled.
4. Ticket Ownership & Verification
- Tickets are non-transferable beyond the stated terms above.
- Attendees may be required to show ID/Passport and booking confirmation at the entrance.
- Misuse of beginner-level passes by experienced dancers or unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation and/or denial of entry.
